  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened, unless proven defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products
